Cellulite Treatment
At Amazin U Aesthetic Clinic, located near the Royal Exchange in central London, our cellulite treatment is designed to improve the appearance of cellulite-related skin irregularities using a carefully assessed, multi-step approach.
Cellulite is not caused by excess fat alone. It is a structural skin condition involving fibrous connective tissue bands, fat lobules, circulation, and skin quality, which is why treatment must be personalised.
Depending on assessment, treatment may involve cellulite-specific injectable solutions, skin-supporting injectables, and subcision, where clinically appropriate.

What Is Cellulite?
Cellulite is a structural condition of the skin and subcutaneous tissue, most commonly affecting areas such as the thighs and buttocks.
It occurs when fibrous septae (connective tissue bands) pull downward on the skin while underlying fat lobules push upward, resulting in a dimpled or uneven appearance.
Cellulite is not a medical disease and is not directly related to weight or fitness level. It can occur in individuals of all body types.
How Does Cellulite Treatment Work?
Because cellulite has multiple contributing factors, treatment is tailored and may focus on one or more of the following:
Injectable Cellulite Treatments – Certain injectable solutions are designed to support tissue quality, circulation, and skin condition in areas affected by cellulite. These do not remove fat or cause weight loss.
Skin-Supporting Injectables – Products may be used to improve skin hydration, elasticity, and dermal quality, helping reduce the visibility of surface irregularities.
Subcision (When Indicated) – Subcision is a minimally invasive medical technique used to mechanically release fibrous bands tethering the skin, which are a key cause of deeper dimpling.
It is used selectively and only after careful assessment, as it directly addresses the structural component of cellulite.
No single technique is suitable for all cellulite types, and not every patient requires subcision.
